1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mko app ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, games, and content provided through the mko app platform, including the website and mobile application.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the mko app platform, you confirm that:

Mko app reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes, such as a national ID, passport, or recent bank statement. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. mko app will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Mko app supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other options that may be added from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction;

Strictly prohibited conduct includes:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes;

• Any form of fraud, falsification of information, or submission of false information to the platform;
• Distributing offensive, abusive, or harassing content towards other users or mko app staff.

Mko app employs a high-technology monitoring system to detect any suspicious activity. Should a violation be detected, mko app reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account involved, void all wins obtained through illegitimate means, and report the case to the relevant authorities.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

Mko app takes seriously our responsibility to protect user privacy and personal data. All personal information collected is used solely for the purposes of service provision, identity verification, and improving user experience.

7 Account Closure and Restrictions

• The user failed to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe;

10 Miscellaneous and Final Provisions

Mko app's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of mko app.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and mko app regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
